青 花 入 器

以景德镇千年窑火，淬出青花雅致之美。
一件瓷器，一段东方美学的传承。
六道核心古法，
七十二序毕功。
一件青花茶器自瓷土至成器，需经 72 道传统工序。撷取其中六道核心，可窥见手作之深。
采土制泥
选高岭山头层瓷石，淘洗、沉淀、陈腐百日，捶练至软硬适中，呈现细腻如脂的瓷泥。
拉坯成型
匠人以手掌感知泥性，于转盘上一气呵成，杯壁薄至 1.2mm，弧度承袭明永乐压手杯。
青花绘料
以浙料为本，分水五色，写意缠枝莲、缠丝鱼藻，笔笔分浓淡，是为「分水皴」。
施釉浸釉
釉果加釉灰调成石灰碱釉，浸釉三秒，釉层均匀如膜，烧后呈青白玉色。
柴窑入火
蛋形松柴窑还原焰烧制 36 小时，1300℃ 临界，温差差控于 ±5℃，方成「类玉、类冰」。
百中选一
开窑后逐件比对器型、釉色、青花发色，瑕者破之。仅 30% 入库，余皆碎于窑前。
一抹青蓝，
入土成瓷。
青花之美，不止在色，更在泥、釉、火与手作之间。 从一抔瓷土到一盏茶器，每一道痕迹，皆是东方器物美学的沉淀。
