General Return Window
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days after delivery, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

be unused, unopened, and in its original condition;
be returned in the original packaging;
include all accessories, manuals, inserts, labels, seals, and promotional items, if any; and
not fall within any of the non-returnable categories listed below.
Return or exchange requests submitted after the 7-day period may be rejected at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, the customer may request a return only if the product qualifies under this Policy after delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock issues, regulatory concerns, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or deemed ineligible for refund or exchange.
